Chris Moffatt is a recognized expert with over 10 years Project Management experience in Environmental Remediation, Project Management, Demolition and Design Build General Contracting procedures and specifications for the removal of Hazardous Materials: Asbestos, Lead, Lead Paint and Lead Dust, PCB's, Mold and Fungus, UFFI, Infection Control, HEPA cleaning, Heavy Metals, Chemicals, Soils Remediation and Removal of Underground Storage Tanks, Gasoline, MTBE, Methyl Tertiary-Butyl Ether from Commercial, Residential, Institutional, Hospitals, Schools, Industrial and Manufacturing Facilities and Properties. Combined corporate staff of up to 100 professionals.

Chris is a project manager of Restoration Environmental Contractors, which was established in 1989. REC is a full service environmental contractor specializing in Asbestos, Lead, PCB's, Turn-Key Environmental Solutions from Audit and Assessment to complete remediation, with over 6,000 asbestos projects and over 150 Lead and Heavy Metal Industrial Plant Cleanups completed successfully.

Mr. Moffatt has over 16,000 hours of site project management experience and was licensed by the Pinchin Ontario Research Foundation in Lead, Mold Asbestos and Hazardous Materials..

He is a recognized Supreme Court of Ontario Expert Witness for Environmental Contracting of Asbestos, Lead and UFFI. He is also a Director of the Markham Waxers Junior A Hockey Club.
